ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE ENGINES TECHNICAL SCHOOLAdvanced Automotive Engines Technical School in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is an advanced 3-week class designed to teach students how to build high performance engines. The maximum student enrollment is 10 students per 3-week session with classes starting each month. The classes are 50% lecture and 50% hands-on engine building, including hands-on learning on a Superflow 600 Flow Bench with Wet Flow. The classes are taught by Dave Gorman, who is an ASE Master Certified Automobile and Engine Machinist with an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Automotive and Instruction Technology. Dave has 21-plus years in the automotive field, including 6 years as an instructor in post-secondary education.
