No, this isn't a new Hemi piston for Pro-Stock. It is shown here to demonstrate that a piston can be a serious part of the combustion chamber. The piston was designed to reduce some serious problems common to the original stock piston. The photo piston KB292 has a one-side-only quench that cools the piston and increases the burn rate of the fuel mix while reducing detonation. The design eliminates the old melt-through problem near the spark plug. The piston is only 9:1 compression ratio, but it really upgrades a 1972-85 61" CID Harley Davidson Sportster.
